Let's check.... Red Lantern, Orange Lantern, Sinestro Corps, Blue Lantern, Indigo Lantern and Star Sapphire. Plus one uninvited Death Lantern. Now it's time to get ourselves a Green Lantern.

Again, all those Corps aren't fan creation, but the characters are. I guess I don't need to explain about the Green Lantern Corps, the most traditional of the corps.
All Corps represents both a color and a sapient species' emotion. Rage/Anger (Red), Greed/Ambition (Orange), Fear (Yellow), Courage/Will Power (Green), Hope (Blue), Compassion (Indigo) and Love (Violet/Pink).

Sooo... After many ugly guys such as red, orange and sinestro members... Something easy on the eyes before making a bad-ass Death (Black) Lantern. There's no emotion or feelings in death...

Why a Tamarean female? I take part of the blame, I think they are cool (both male and female). And other, my friend :iconplantdragon: also agree with me! :XD: And female because only the female ones got this "flame-trail" effect.

"In brightest day, in blackest night,
no evil shall escape my sight!

beware my power.. Green Lantern's light!"

Nice work on this pic. One of these days I would like to see someone make a drawing of what a cross between a Kryptonian and a Tamaranian or whatever race Starfire is.

It's funny, because there was a Tamaranean Green Lantern, a female one, and she was killed by darkseid when the Guardians ordered he be dethroned. Don't know why they didn't do it themselves to be honest
